Hit the Floor for Her
4th Annual Hit the Floor for Her Event - Saturday October 13, 2018
This is a pledged event with all proceeds going to support Second Stage Housing in our mission to provide transitional supports and housing to women, with or without children, leaving abusive relationships. In order to participate a minimum of $40 in pledges for adults and $20 for high school/college students must be raised. All pledges $10 and over will receive tax receipts.
Thanks to Debbie Hamilton who is coming back to teach active/flow yoga for the first session and relaxation yoga for the second session!
Registration begins at 8:30 am with the first session beginning at 9:00 am.

3rd Annual Hit the Floor for Her Event - Saturday April 22, 2017
UPDATE: On Saturday April 22, 2017 we held another successful Hit the Floor for Her fitness event at Central United Church Gym. We had 13 participants raise just under $1300 in a morning filled with fitness fun. Thank you to our instructors who graciously donated their time.
